Pratimarsha Nasyam is a gentle daily nasal therapy involving the administration of 2 drops of medicated oil or ghee into each nostril. Unlike therapeutic Nasya, it can be performed daily without any preparatory procedures. This therapy prevents accumulation of dust, pollutants, and pathogens in the nasal passages, keeps the sinuses lubricated, improves voice quality, sharpens the senses, and prevents early greying and hair fall.
