At Dhanvantri Arogya Sansthan, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of our Ayurvedic products. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product received is damaged or broken during transit.
• You received a wrong product (different from what was ordered).
• The product is expired or defective at the time of delivery.

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

• Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
• Products returned without original packaging or without valid proof of purchase.
• Requests made after 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer.

2. How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Please include the following details:

• Your order number
• Name and contact details
• Clear photographs of the product showing the issue
• Brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with further instructions.

3. Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected by us:

• Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card) via Razorpay.
• Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days of return receipt.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

4. Replacement

Where applicable, we may offer a free replacement of the same product instead of a refund. This will be communicated and agreed upon with the customer before processing.

5. Non-Returnable Products

The following categories are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons:

• Herbal powders, syrups, and liquid formulations once opened.
• Health supplements and tablets once the seal is broken.
• Products purchased during a sale or at a discounted price (unless damaged/defective).

6. Treatment Bookings – Cancellation & Refund

• Appointments cancelled at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.
• Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
• In the event Dhanvantri Arogya Sansthan cancels or reschedules your appointment, a full refund will be offered.
