Kalka Lepa is a therapeutic application of freshly prepared herbal paste (Kalka) over the affected area of the skin, joints, or face. The paste is made from ground medicinal herbs mixed with water, oil, or decoction. It is highly effective for skin disorders, joint inflammation, headaches, fever, swelling, and localized pain. The paste is left on until dry and then washed off, allowing deep absorption of herbal active constituents.
